Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of sausage
- 4 ears of corn
- 6 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup of butter
Instructions:
1. Start by boiling a large pot of water and adding the Old Bay seasoning.
2. Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes, corn, onion, and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Next, add the sausage and crab legs to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Finally, add the shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
How to Prepare:
1. While the seafood is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan and squeeze the juice of the lemons into it.
2. Once the seafood is cooked, remove it from the pot and place it on a large platter.
3. Drizzle the melted butter and lemon mixture over the seafood, ensuring it is evenly coated.
4. Serve the seafood boil with some crusty bread and enjoy!
